Die Geschäftstätigkeiten werden ab dem 1. Juli 2024 unter dem Dach der neu gegründeten WeFill GmbH weitergeführt, die am bewährten Standort in Trier mit dem bestehenden, erfahrenen Team die Kunden und laufenden Aufträge übernimmt.
Die WMW HOLDING GmbH würdigt mit dieser Akquisition die exzellente Arbeit der TriFill Konzept GmbH, insbesondere die professionelle Auftragsabwicklung und das hohe Qualitätsmanagement. Die WeFill GmbH verpflichtet sich, diese Traditionen zu bewahren und die Dienstleistungsqualität weiter zu steigern.

Die Übernahme ist ein strategischer Schritt der WMW HOLDING GmbH, um ihr Wachstum im E-Zigarettenmarkt mit dem bereits seit vielen Jahren bestehenden Tochterunternehmen, der VaporExMachina GmbH & Co. KG, fortzusetzen und neue Synergien innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe zu schaffen. Diese Integration erweitert das Leistungsspektrum und stärkt die Marktposition sowie die Innovationskraft beider Schwesterunternehmen. Genauso wichtig ist darüber hinaus aber die erreichte Diversifikation durch das breite Leistungsspektrum in der Lohnabfüllung, das zahlreiche Branchen abdeckt, einschließlich der Erzeugung und Aufbereitung von Bio-Produkten.

Starting July 1, 2024, the business activities will be continued under the newly established WeFill GmbH, maintaining operations at the proven location in Trier with the existing, experienced team handling customers and ongoing orders.
With this acquisition, WMW HOLDING GmbH acknowledges the excellent work of TriFill Konzept GmbH, particularly their professional order processing and high-quality management. WeFill GmbH is committed to preserving these traditions and further enhancing service quality.
